• Partnering with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, to ensure a smooth process through the hiring pipeline
• Ability to quickly scan submitted resumes through direct sourcing and route to the correct hiring managers
• Manage interviewer rosters, schedule interviews, collect feedback, and help ensure offers and onboarding processes
• Organized ability to track assigned candidates, progress and pending items
• Ability to handle stakeholders
• Experience in recruitment for corporate functions will be highly advantageous

What you'll need to succeed

• Possess prior experience within in-house and fintech or payments
• At least 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
