Your new role

• Lead the technical team, support the construction team on all design-related matters, and review and manage all technical documentation and drawings.
• Collaborate closely with consultants and the construction team to enhance site efficiency and lead the design approval process with various authorities.
• Manage the distribution of approved documents, work with the in-house BIM team to resolve technical issues, and identify potential risks while preparing design progress reports.
• Support the tender team by preparing technical documents for bidding on civil and structural engineering projects.

What you'll need to succeed

• You will have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 10 years of experience in civil design and management
• Strong coordination and collaboration skills with other disciplines
• Experience resolving technical issues, preparing and presenting design progress to management and clients.
